I highly recommend Nima Shivayi. From my first interactions with Nima, it was clear that I was speaking with someone who was not just extremely knowledgeable concerning the many layers of employment law that were at play in my case, but that he also, critically, carried a deep understanding of both the employee’s and the employer’s perspectives and that unique ability was invaluable. Nima reviewed my case in deep detail, carefully connected each incident with each specific legal area of concern and from there he establish my legal standing across the entirety of my case. Ultimately, with Nima’s very clear input and patient outlining of the potential pros, cons, risks and vulnerability of each possible next step, I was able to make a well informed decision about how to proceed. With Nima’s excellent support at each juncture, I successfully negotiated for a better severance that was ultimately 10 time larger than originally offered. I am very thankful to have found Nima.

I found Mr. Shivayi after being wrongfully terminated from my former employer. Nima Shivayi was a godsend when I needed him most. Between the holidays, on December 28th, I got a surprise notice that I was being terminated from a highly lucrative position.
